Roussel Concrete Construction, Inc. was established in 1973 by John Roussel, President, and is a family owned business. We do commercial and industrial floors, foundations, walls, and parking lots. As a concrete subcontractor, we do all of our own excavation. We have trenchers, excavators, dump trucks, Bobcat Skid Steers, as well as support equipment necessary to complete any concrete job. We also have laser guided grading equipment to prep for our S-160 Laser Screed. Floor pours range from 5,000 sf. to 38,000 sf. in a single day. In addition, we are an area dealer for helical piling and have two helical installation heads.
For over 35 years, Roussel Concrete Construction, Inc. has been the area’s leader in complete professional concrete construction. Our Goal is to provide our customers with quality and professional services that keep them as our customers in the future.
Concrete Block Walls
Concrete block-style retaining walls can really change the appearance of any multiple grade or elevation challenged project. Their decorative face gives an authentic limestone appearance. These walls are designed to not only hold back the soil, but also give a unique appearance that plain walls cannot. Call us today to discuss your particular needs.
Roussel Concrete Construction has added a curb machine to our arsenal of equipment. This added versatility can help shave days off the work schedule as well as produce a more consistent product.
Roussel Concrete Construction can build any type of foundation you need. From machine bases to standard footings, we can get the job done.
Concrete Helical Piling
Helical Piling is a type of deep foundation anchor which provides support to new and existing foundations bearing in poor soils. This type of piling is less destructive to the soils beneath as well as nearby structures when compared to driven piles. Existing foundations can also be stabilized or lifted in using this process. The ability to work in close quarters and in extremely poor soils make Helical Piling a great option for any project.
Concrete Laser Screeding
Laser Screeding services are provided by Roussel Concrete for any size or type of job. This innovative technology helps maintain an accurate level finish throughout the slab. The ability to maintain consistent levels of quality makes a Laser Screeded floor stand out when compared to older, outdated methods. Whether you need us to Laser Screed and finish, or just provide a Screed and operator for you to finish, Roussel Concrete Construction can get the job done right.
Concrete Parking Lots
Concrete parking lots are becoming more popular every year. Their clean appearance and durability make them an excellent choice on a new construction project. Roussel Concrete Construction has been pouring concrete parking lots for over 30 years. With the help of our Laser Screed and Total Station Geodimeter we can pour large areas of exterior concrete with high precision. Pours of over an acre a day are not uncommon. Call us to discuss your particular paving needs.
Concrete sidewalks are often the first thing a customer looks at when approaching your business. Roussel Concrete Construction takes great pride in producing concrete sidewalks that business owners and employees can be proud of.
